MeRiLe

This is an acedmically initiated clinicial study of the course and effect of intervention in patients with MCI, mild cogntive impairment in Parkinson's disease. The patients will receive after randomization increased L-dopa dose, memantine or rivastigmine and will be evaluated prior to and after the treatment,
