Nordic cereals - Valorisation of cereal side streams for feed production

Agri-food production often creates a large amounts of side streams/byproducts, which can cause environmental problems. With warmer climates grain farming is a growing industry in the North of Europe, and calls for valorization strategies to avoid waste. The aim of this project , funded by EIT-Food, is to valorise rest raw materials and side streams accumulating from processing of oat for incorporation as components in fish feed.
