Osteology Analysis Service (OAS)

The Osteology Analys Service (OAS) is focused on osteological commissioned research/contract analyses and consultations. The OAS is part of the Department of Archaeology and Ancient History at Lund University. OAS consists of osteologists specializing in both human and animal bones, active in the research fields of historical osteology, bioarchaeology and zooarchaeology. We have experience of many different types of archaeological contexts. We have access to an extensive reference collection; in the same premises we also have suitable alb facilities.

All reports written within the OAS are published via the report series "Reports in Osteology" and are openly available via Lund University's research portal.
