Patient safety and the harmed patient - conflicts between a systems- and an individual approach

The project deals with questions about the conflicts and balance between a systems- and an individual view on error in the legal handling of errors in healthcare. The research project is part of the faculty's Health Law environment and is partially funded by the Craaford Foundation. Supervisors are professor Titti Mattsson and associate professor Sverker Jönsson.
