Description
Pharmaceutical packaging for elderly users is an doctoral project, sponsored by the Brazilian government through the Science without Borders Program.
Popular science description
The inspiration for this doctoral project came from global trends, such as the aging of population, the extension of international supply chains, and the awareness of health and environmental issues. Design plays an important role in capturing the main users’ needs within this broad context of emerging trends, making possible for companies to also improve their offers on daily products. When it comes to medication, design and innovation are both essential to the improvement of better life conditions for patients and the packaging handled by them.
