Description

This is the project that encompasses my PhD thesis work. It includes the development of finite element models of the femur to calculate hip fracture risk and an investigation into injection of a bone substitute to prevent hip fractures. This work is performed within the group of Biomechanics at the department of Biomedical Engineering and is supervised by Hanna Isaksson and Lorenzo Grassi.
