The project aims for a study of the argumentation and conflicts regarding different social groups' use of materal status symbols and luxuary products during the Reformation age in Scandinavia. We know that status expressions as fine clothes, weapons, jewellry, hunting etc. were contested, and we kneed to understand how different groups argued for their right to use these, and against others group.
