Project: Research

Project Details

Description

The overall aim of this project is to co-produce, implement, and evaluate the preliminary efficacy of a unique tailored e-health solution, including peer support and knowledge of occupational balance, for young adults aged 18-29 that promotes mental health and prevents mental illness. This project idea is not just an idea; it is a response to an urgent demand in Sweden, where many young adults grapple with mental health issues, and suicide is the second most common cause of death in this group. By meeting young adults on their own arena, using the latest technology, we can reach a large number of young adults in Sweden and effectively mitigate the onset of mental health problems during the critical transition to adulthood, while also promoting the digitization of Swedish healthcare and social services.
