Description

This thesis concerns the interface between occupational groups and modern organizations. More precisely, the research idea focuses on how individuals, being both employees of an organization and practitioners of an occupational group, navigate in order to conform to and/or handle conflicting logics of e.g. the market, bureaucracy and the profession.
