Description

Building on previous capacity development initiatives, this programme aims to capacitate participants with knowledge and skills necessary to bring about a positive change towards the elimination of SGBV in their context through innovation leadership and inclusive service design.
The target group for this programme is civil servants in the public sector drawn from ministries with the relevant mandate and responsibility for questions dealing with SGBV and SRHR from Kenya, Uganda, and South Sudan.
Working collaboratively with key partners in the three countries, the programme is structured as a design-led model with the planning, design, implementation and evaluation of a change project guided by the human-rights-based approach.
