Description
In 2015 a working group was commissioned by the Association of European Research Libraries (LIBER) and charged with investigating lessons learned and good practices in library support, as well as identifying new and developing library services by means of various tools and methods. A survey was initiated in order to investigate the subject matter. It was administered to all 308 LIBER university libraries in May of 2017.
