Description
Patients diagnosed with oesophageal and gastric cancer face a poor prognosis and experience reduced quality of life. With regard to the extensive disease burden, a palliative care approach is of utmost importance. The overall aim of the research project is to describe symptoms, problems and care needs among patients with esophageal or gastric cancer. The project comprises three quantitative (I, II, III) and one qualitative study (IV).
