Description

The project seeks to analyze the distributive effects of the sharing mechanisms within the Common European Asylum System (reception, Dublin returns, resettlement, financial contributions, harmonization of asylum legislation) adopted to give effect to the principle of solidarity as enshrined in Art. 80 TFEU.
