The representation of physical impairment, disability and persons with physical impairments in Swedish fictional film.

The aim of this study is to examine what images of and attitudes towards impairment, disability and persons with impairments that Swedish fictional film display. The results will be related to both earlier research on the subject and to the discourse on impairment, disability and persons with disability within society at large, contemporaneous to the audiovisual products.
