Description
Tight control and intervention in newly developed RA (TINDRA) is a prospective study aiming to explore the possible advantages of integrating “treat to target” and “tight control” strategy over routine care regarding following outcomes:
1) Remission as treatment target, risk for extra-articular complications, vaccination, and protection against infections
2) Development of chronic pain, fatigue, and mental disorders
3) Lifestyle factors, physical activity, and patients’ involvement in their own care, centred care, self-efficacy and empowerment
