Description
In recent years, wireless power transfer has experienced rapid growth in demand and popularity due to its application in charging smartphones. The focus of this project is to improve the user experience of wireless power transfer systems, from the viewpoint of coil design and algorithms to control coil operation. The project benefits from nok9's critical role in the development of WPT standards, currently dominated by the standard developing organization Wireless Power Consortium (WPC). On top of charging of small devices (including smartphones), standards are being developed for medium power and kitchen applications.
