The project aims to develop a vaccine platform that can targeted vaccine delivery to specific immune cells, significantly improving vaccine potency. Our approach involves modifying the vaccine formulation to enhance cell-specific uptake by key immune cells in adaptive immunity. The ultimate goal of this project is to enable personalized immunotherapy treatments for cancer.
