Popular science description
In the last few decades virtue ethics has received growing attention as an alternative to normative theories like utilitarianism and Kantianism, usually as a neo-Aristotelianism where one tries to ground ethics in an account of human nature. This project investigates the methodological presuppositions of such an attempt together with the possiblities for non-Aristotelian forms of virtue ethics.
