Project Details
Description
Social trust - the belief that most people can be trusted - is a crucial part of social capital. Although incredibly important to our everyday life, there is a disturbing lack of research concerning the factors that generate social trust. Previous research found that social trust rarely ever changes among adults (18+), thus enhancing the significance of studying younger people e.g. adolescents. The project aims to further our understanding of the factors that generate social trust using a quantitative, comparative and longitudinal approach.
