Contracted by the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Society (IFRC) to develop, lead, co-author, and produce the WDR 2015 on the theme of “Local Actors at the Centre of Humanitarian Action” with emphasis on capacity development for DRM and Conflict.
