Swedish patent nr 189939. "Anordning för alstring av ett artificiellt tröghetsmoment hos ett roterbart anordnat system". (Device for creating an artificial moment of inertia in a rotating system.)

Co-inventor Folke Hector Philips. Granted January 16 1964. Patent also granted in England, France, Holland, Canada, Germany, USA, Austria, Japan. This patent describes a new way of implementing Schuler tuning in an inertial guidance system. Systems have been built for military applications.
