Abstract

In the Nordic states, feminist legal analyses have always been exceedingly concerned with issues of equality in the labour market.1 This preoccupation is not surprising because the Nordic feminist movement to a great extent has used equal rights to employment and equal wages in strategies for changing patriarchy and subordination. In the legal area, legislation prohibiting sex discrimination has also focused on labour law.
