Abstract

Electrification of many industries using off-road high power machines presents several problems. In order to analyse the viability of different solutions the logistics, machine operation and power management have to be analysed. In this paper a model is presented that in a novel way combines these problems into a complete system model that can be optimized on several levels. Complex charging schemes can be analyzed on a full system level considering the logistics, operation as well as the electrical system.
