    Abstract

The present survey study focuses on potential benefits of the SI-PASS experience for former Leaders in their professional life after graduating from higher education. This topic has received little attention previously with the few studies made being limited in number of participants and different in approaches used and in questions asked. The present survey was sent to 279 former SI-PASS Leaders that graduated from the school of engineering at Lund University, Sweden, during the period 2010-2019. 91, i.e. 33 %, responded. The results show that the main qualities developed through an SI-PASS Leadership are Leadership confidence, facilitation and presentation skills. These are qualities that are appreciated by many former Leaders in their professional life. Almost all of the respondents report that they have had at least a little use of SI-PASS trained qualities in their job and half reports good to very good use. More than 80 % of the respondents believes that being an SI-PASS Leader helped them in getting hired for a job, at least to some extent.
