Abstract

An algorithm for estimation of event related signals dis-
turbed by coloured noise, e.g. Evoked Potentials disturbed by
EEG, has been investigated. The method is based on General
Singular Value Decomposition, GSVD, and estimates a single
Evoked Potential without averaging. There are no assumptions
about the model for the EEG. The EP is described as a sum of
damped sinusoids. The algorithm is tested with both simulated
and real signals.
