Abstract
In Förgängligheter (Transiences), eight scholars and authors present new perspectives on transience in our time. The authors belong to different fields, such as film studies, comparative literature, musicology, visual studies, intermediality studies, ethnology and history. Among the topics in the book, you find the TV-series "Six Feet Under", Bob dylan's lyrics, modern art history, flowers, buildings, and german blockbuster movies from nowadays.
The book is the result of one of the projects within the HEX group (Humanistisk EXperimentgrupp), a crossdisciplinary research project within the humanities in Lund university.
