Abstract
Dick Harrisson undviker dendrokronologiska dateringar av Lunds äldsta gravar då de inte passar in i hans historiska modell. Som en parallell presenteras de dendrokronologiskt daterade pålar som spärrade Norrström omkring år 1000 vilka stockholmshistorikerna på sin tid inte accepterade.
