    Abstract

We summarize the activities of Working Group 2 of the HERA/LHC Workshop dealing with multi-jet final states and energy flows. Among the more specific topics considered were underlying event and minimum bias, rapidity gaps and
survival probabilities, multi-jet topologies and multi-scale QCD, and parton shower–matrix element matching.
