Abstract

Evaluation of two rulings of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) in C-753/18 STIM and SAMI v Fleetmanager and Nordisk Biluthyrning and in C-637/19 BY v CX, both concerning the notion of 'communication to the public' present in Article 3 InfoSoc Directive 2001/29.
