Abstract
Corporate Social Responsibility is used as an organizational strategy and with this power it has been established that it brings endless advantages, especially in market acceptance and growth of business image. In the country and in the department of Cochabamba, it is undergoing considerable development, growth and evolution, reaching the idea of it being used as a business strategy, to be included in all organizational activity. The need to implement Corporate Social Responsibility Policies, focused on Human Resources management, is evident in order to have a competitive advantage in organizational development. For the study in question, information was obtained from interviews with organizations of all sizes, in which specific knowledge on the topic and application was identified. In the case of the proposal, it can be seen that the need to implement is latent, which is why a Policy implementation sequence diagram is proposed, in addition to the development described. It is clearly concluded that the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility Policies, focused on Human Resources Management, is necessary to emphasize the achievement of business objectives and also develop a sustainable competitive advantage. In the specific case of targeting, which was analyzed in the department of Cochabamba, we clearly consider that the analysis and conclusions described can be projected and applied, partially or totally, in all activities of the economic sector, in addition to serving as a basis for future research works.
