Abstract

Sempre morbida is a clay study installation and Plastic extension of Étude I by Heitor Villa-Lobos. The fingers are represented in a tablature for the left hand, a visual map of the iconic piece by the Brazilian composer.

The piece was made during the Artistic Residency at Civitella Ranieri Foundation in Italy.
