Abstract

The Department of English in Lund: Working Papers in Linguistics is an annual volume produced by the English Department at Lund University in Sweden. Its main aim is to publicize research being carried out by staff and post-graduate students in the department, but we are also pleased to include contributions from members of neighbouring departments and universities.

The contributions in volume 3 are ordered alphabetically. The areas covered include syntax (Fabian Beijer, Fredrik Heinat, and Eva Klingvall), semantics (Carita Paradis and Anna Wärnsby), and language processing (Hans Malmström and Carita Paradis). The papers are freely accessible on the web as downloadable pdf files on the Working Papers' homepage:
