Abstract
This article examines the historical genesis, nature, features and international legal status of the Institute representation at the UN, both on the territory of the member states and of the member states to the UN. An attempt was made to reveal the status and characteristics of the offices of both the UN and its specialized agencies. On the basis of the analysis, proposals were made to strengthen the status of the representation of Uzbekistan to the UN.
