Abstract

Considerable progress has been achieved during the last few years in the accuracy of Multiconfiguration Hartree-Fock and Dirac-Fock calculations. Recent results for light atoms include isotope shifts, hyperfine structures, and probabilities for allowed, intercombination, forbidden, and hyperfine-induced transitions. All have been computed using systematic methods which allow for an estimate of the uncertainty.
