Abstract

Transient far-infrared conductivity of as-grown and dye-sensitized ZnO nanotips is measured using time-resolved terahertz spectroscopy. We reveal that the sensitization procedure dramatically affects the transport properties of ZnO nanotips. (C) 2008 Optical Society of America
