The instrument is well suited to be used as a qualification step for measurements at MAXIV and ESS.
Equipment and resourcesThe instrument has temperature controlled (5-65 oC) holders for solid and liquid samples. The option to measure GISAXS is also possible.
Digital and physical collectionsDocumentation can be found on the Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
Services providedThe equipment may be used with the help of a trained operator.
