Abdelrazek MousaAssociate Researcher
Research areas and keywords
- Organic synthesis, Organometallic synthesis, Medicinal chemistry, Organic electronics
Abdelrazek obtained his M.Sc and PhD from Lund University. He carried out his PhD at Centre for Analysis and Synthesis (CAS) under the supervision of Prof. Ola Wendt. His doctoral thesis focused on the synthesis, characterization and reactivity of new organometallic complexes mainly palladium and nickel pincer complexes. He then spent six months as a postdoctoral researcher in the same group. Recently, he joined the e-Neuropharma project as a postdoctoral associate researcher to work on the design, synthesis and characterization of novel organic compounds as potential therapeutics for neurodegenerative diseases.
