I am a professor of theoretical physics at Lund University. My research is concerned with developing and applying techniques of statistical and computational physics to the study of biomolecular systems. Currently, I work on topics such as protein folding in cellular environments, protein aggregation, and phase separation of biomolecular condensates. My early research was in elementary particle physics. Previous research interests include lattice gauge theory and spin models.
