Doctoral dissertation

Title: GROUP B STREPTOCOCCI DURING PREGNANCY AND CHILDBIRTH With special reference to prevention of neonatal colonisation (1988). 

My research interest also focusses on parents (mothers and fathers) experiences of care during pregnancy, delivery and postnatal both in normal and complicated situations, for example routine ultrasound and identification of abnormalities. Also research with focus on parents´ experience of threat of premature birth as well as premature delivery and ethical considerations. Dystocia is another focus for research and also domestic violence in families during pregnancy and after birth. Development of research methods takes place during research such as developing and testing new instruments/questionnaires.
