Professional work

I have been teaching at the Malmö Theatre Academy since 1977. My work is focused on the art of acting through movement, dance and choreography. By interaction with the student I am searching for the functional fusion of the intellect and the body.

The main goal of my method is ”to be at the right place in the right moment”. The method enables the student to explore how to achieve a well-trained body explicitly for acting, and also how to achieve the capacity to embody the character of another person.

Flexibility, responsibility and interaction are crucial to my work. A strong and persevering body, a listening body and an awareness of giving and receiving impulses are the main tools.

I also teach the movement methods of Orest Koslowsky and Moché Feldenkrais.
