Björn Wickenberg is a PhD student at at the International Institute for Industrial Environmental Economics (IIIEE) at Lund University, Sweden. His research focuses on implementation of nature-based solutions (NBS) as part of climate adaptation in cities, and how blue-green solutions are implemented, governed, and integrated in urban planning. He is interested in how both research and practice understand the NBS concept and what we can learn at the interface between experimentation and ordinary planning processes.
