Caroline Hallin is a coastal engineering with a PhD degree in Water Resources Engineering from Lund University. She is currently employed as a researcher at the division of Water Resources Engineering at Lund University and as a post-doc at TU Delft in the Netherlands. Her research interest primarily concerns development of numerical models for simulation of beach and dune evolution at decadal to centennial timescales. Caroline is also studying extreme coastal flooding and the their probability of occurence.
