Research

Christina Bökberg, PhD in Medical Science with focus on nursing science, RN, and has a specializing in public health nursing. She has extensive clinical experience in the care of older people, including palliative care, public health care, home nursing care, nursing home, and dementia care (1992-2012). Since 2008 she has been a lecturer and a course leader in the nursing program related to public health care. 

In 2017 defended the thesis “Care for and services at home for persons with dementia. Structure, process and outcomes”, at the Faculty of Medicine, Lund University. Since 2017 has Christina Bökberg been postdoc researcher half-time  in the project “Implementation of Knowledge-based Palliative Care”, abbreviated as the KUPA project from the Swedish name.
