Research

My research interests include theoretical particle and nuclear physics with an emphasis on the study of relativistic nuclear collisions.  I have made several contributions to this field in the sub-topics of Hanbury Brown-Twiss interferometry, relativistic hydrodynamic modeling and hydrodynamic fluctuations, the analysis of event-by-event fluctuations, and the quest to understand the phase diagram of quantum chromodynamics (QCD).
