Before earning PhD position, I was working as a researcher at the Centre for Socio-Economic Research on Ageing, INRCA - Italian National Institute of Health and Science on Ageing. I was primarly involved in the project "National multilevel co-managed coordination of active ageing policies in Italy" in partnership with the Italian Presidency of the Council of Minister – Department for Family Policies (DIPOFAM, funding body), the Ministry of Labour and INAPP. The project aims to create a national multilevel co-managed coordination of active ageing policies in Italy.

In my past academic and professional careers, I focused my research interests to the field of Social Policy, Public Policy & Welfare Services.

Currently, my research interests cover topics such as Migration, Gender-Based Violence, and EU/National Welfare Systems.
