David Reidhav is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Law (Lund University). Research areas include: normative conflicts in law, the analysis of legal power and legal argumentation. His research falls within the field Philosophy of Law and often concerns logical issues generated by normative systems. He is also affiliated to the research group LEVIC (Law, Evidence and Cognition).


David Reidhav teaches inter alia Philosophy of Law and Law and Economics at Lund University. Besides teaching at the law programme he has taught at various Phd-courses both in Lund and at other universities.


David Reidhav has previously been secretary for the swedish section of the International Association for Philosophy of Law and Social Philosophy. He has given public lectures on his research both in Sweden and abroad.
