I am a PhD student at the research group  Astrogeobiology laboratory at the division of nuclear physics. Our research area is interdisciplinary, and combines astronomy, geology and biology. The research focuses on connecting events in our solar system with climatic and biological events on Earth by reconstructing the meteorite flux during Earth's history. My research focuses on reconstruction of the meteorite flux to Earth, primarily during the Mesozoic Era, by the extraction of extraterrestrial mineral grains from marine sediments.
