In our research group we are interested in the neurobiological, cognitive and emotional mechanisms underpinning mental disorders in children and adolescents. We study brainstem correlates and emotional, cognitive, and sensory functioning in youth with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Anxiety Disorders (AD), and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). We employ self-report tools and electrophysiological and psychophisological measures. We hope to contribute to an improved understanding of ADHD, ASD, AD, and OCD in children and adolescents and more precise assessments and treatments of these disorders.
