My research interests include RF nanoscale III-V MOSFETs and circuits, including both planar and nanowire geometries. A current research focus is on device and circuit applications of one dimensional electronic systems.

I am also interested in the properties of III-V - high-k oxide interfaces. I am involved in device fabrication development, DC/RF characteization and device modeling and simulation.

Earlier research interests include quantum transport studies of quantum dots and resonant tunneling diodes, and fabrication/charcterization of high frequency InP/InGaAs DHBTs.
