My scientific paradigm is based on complexity thinking and theory, and how insights from the complexity area (conceptual, theoretical, methodological) can facilitate increased adaptation and effectiveness in and among multiple organizations. The application of my complexity approach ranges from packaging logistics, supply chain management to change processes in healthcare.
